Most of us rely on our conscious mind to guide our actions and decision-making. But sometimes we need to call on the power of the unconscious part of our mind to solve problems or help us understand ourselves on a deeper level. This often-overlooked part has the potential to do many wonderful things for us including empower us, rid us of unwanted habits, manage pain and anxiety, resolve trauma, and make choices more aligned with who we really are and want to be. A wonderful way to access our unconscious is through the practice of hypnotherapy. Hypnosis is a gateway to those parts of ourselves that hold the wisdom and courage to effectuate meaningful change.
